Cambridge gem, clean and friendly
I've stayed at the Freepoint Hotel a number of times in the past year and the property seems to be evolving as I've observed over that time. Always a friendly face at the front desk, the servers at the bar in the morning could be a little nicer and customer service oriented (e.g. offering s&p without being asked then acting inconvenienced, not offering service to the table area even though there were less than 5 people at the bar, etc.) I noticed a new Keurig in my room (yay!) but the minibar and inroom snack selection was removed (boo!) and I was charged $4 for a bottle of water which should be complimentary. My room was spotless (they always are) and the bed is comfortable and I like the full size shampoo and conditioner rather than mini bottles. Soft towels and overall a very comfortable place - will definitely be back.

Family Visit
The hotel met our expectations. Good location, for visiting and right next to Whole Foods. Bonus, Starbucks is a part of the hotel. The rooms are a nice size. Bathroom is small and needs some sort of storage or space under and around the sink. We liked the vibe.

Great option for a business trip to Boston
Very nice and comfortable hotel. Nice additional touches (e.g. great bathroom amenities). I did not eat in the restaurant / bar but it looks quite nice as well. The WiFi was free, which was much appreciated, although it was a bit slow.

We'd stay here again
Lovely modern hotel. Rooms included robes and an umbrella to borrow. Great bar area - even has a pool table. Love the area - walked to T stop, Whole Foods, Panera and Trader Joe's. Easy parking ($16 extra but worth it) Able to arrive via local streets to avoid downtown traffic snarls.

We really liked this hotel! It’s very trendy. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and the food was very good! A bit of a walk to Harvard Centre but the shuttle is excellent!
