I booked the room online while we were on the road, that part was easy. We've been on the road for 4 hours and my husband really had to use the bathroom, but the check-in clerk told him there was no bathroom... like he himself would not need to pee during his workday, but okay. My husband couldn't hold it and went outside the building and peed there... not the best spot or his finest hour, but come one, the guy could have just let him use his or given him the room key.
So that part wasn't great... the room was okay, but the dead-bolt on the door was broken, so I wonder if he gave us that one on purpose.
But we dealt with it and just pushed the desk in front of the door for the night.
The heater was completely turned off, 27F outside, so we turned it on and went to dinner, when we came back the room was at 69F which was fine.
The heating unit kept waking me up during the night every time it turned on.
There was dust and lint on the bathroom counter, but okay.
It was a place to stay for a night, but I do have to say that we have stayed at nicer places for less money... it wasn't worth $88
