Small and smelly room with noise. There is a restaurant and a garage.. hard to sleep. No fridge:( Smelly bathroom no air circulation when you leave the room because as soon as you remove the key all electrical shots done. Breakfast bad old bread and nothing there. You pay for nothing. I don’t recommend this place.

The good: AC cools the room quickly, and this is important as the electricity (hence AC) does not work when away from the room. Internet connectivity was excellent - no issues whatsoever Shower head - amazing! Strong water pressure leads to a very pleasant shower experience. The bed is reasonably comfortable - no real issues with the mattress Very quiet..... at least during our stay! The concerns: There is no front service desk, therefore no one to address concerns should there be any (noise, toilet issues, misplaced key, item missing from the room, etc.) We were lucky in that we didn't have any but I can think of a number of circumstances that could occur, that would require a timely response. I am just not sure how quick issues could be addressed at night. The kitchen - no air flow. It had a musty smell. Carried enough food items for a basic breakfast. Pillows - very thin. It's time to replace them! The room refrigerator barely worked. It couldn't really cool down much anything even if left overnight. The Location: within walking distance to the Vatican and not too far from "Ancient Rome". A quick bus ride will get you "downtown" in no time. Buses run regularly and are within 100m or so from the hotel. We used this mode of transportation and it worked well for us.

The room itself was lively. However, in the description it said there was 24 hour airport shuttle available. Nor for us. Also, the electricity blew in our room only, so we had no lights or wall sockets. The clerk tried to help, but we had no electricity for the entire night. I think we'd should have gotten part of our money back.

From the moment we arrived our hostess was nothing short of pleasant and accomodating. She arranged a driver for us from the airport for 45€ who also provided us with our keys for our room as our flight landed well into the evening. This is NOT a hotel therefore there is NO 24/hr conceirge however the hostess is always there during regular business hours (8-4) and she also provided us with her telephone number and we were able to maintain communication. The place is very secure as you need a key to get into the building as well as a fob to get into her portion of the building and your room. So thats THREE security checks people. We were about a 10min walk from the Vatican and the metro is a 2min walk to access the rest of Rome which is surprisingly very easy to navigate. Any questions we had was directed to our hostess which she answered. The only complaint that i have is that in order to supply power to your room (ex. Lights, air coditioning, actual power to your outlets) you have to place your fob in the allocated outlet ( its all explained when you arrive). And i totally understand the reasoning behind it however that cuts off the power to the fridge which spoils anything you might have inside. As well as there's no microwave. Period. Which means unless you eat your food the minute you get home or you enjoy eating cold food your kinda out of luck. Other than that our stay was amazing. We stayed for 10 days. The room was clean and the wifi/ Netflix was awesome.
