Good and Convenient
Check in was fast. The hotel facilities were well maintained. Request for porter to help us moved the carton boxes. He arrived on time. Allowed late checked out to 1pm. Hotel were strategically located . Walking distance to BCS Mall, A2 and wet market. Will book this hotel again.

I’ve stayed iBaloi many times but this trip I’m very disappointed as I was bragging with my friends about the breakfast spread, one of the best in Batam. And I was wrong, the food didn’t even deserve a thumbs up. The scrambled eggs total cold and the main spread was a disappointment 👎

There were no face towels. Bath towels neat to be replaced. The current ones are worn out. No more white and crisp. Lights can be brighter. Location is good and we are happy with the quality of service
