Would definitely stay again.
The stay was very comfortable. The hotel and rooms are brand new and super clean. The staff is very nice.

Rude staff
Employees were all very weird about policies... or at least when it pertained to their personal time. Bartender was rudely dismissive and deserted his customers at the cou ter claiming it was closing time. Very rude. Was happy to overcharge and be over tipped, however. Front desk was too busy gossiping to check us in. We waited over 5 minutes to be noticed. We were told no they wouldn't extend our departure and that at 12pm we were being charged 50$. The room was around 100$ a night. We are here on a business trip. Very crude

The hotel is new and clean, the kitchen withe cookware is convenient. The only thing I am not satisfied is the front desk did not tell me about the pet fee charge when I checked in and checked out. The pet fee $125 is too much no matter how many night you stay.

Check in was slow not able to get in as early as we wished had called earlier no one answered double checked the number and it was very strange could not get through for about an hour-and-a-half when I did he said we could check in but when I got there they had us wait not ready 3rd floor quiet room away from freeway it's a bit of a maze a lot of walking to get to the room view of pool and jacuzzi very nice room clean well maintained fridge toaster coffee maker dishwasher but no flatware very strange had pots and pans large bathroom two TVs one in bedroom and one in living area breakfast goes from 6:30 to 9 wish it was a bit later overall Excellence stay would stay again
