Convenient place to stay
We have stayed here before and remembered it being pretty good. Check in was quick, but they could have added more details for us such as there isn't daily housekeeping and instructions about using the wifi. Our ground floor room was convenient to use the side door for getting to the parking lot. It felt a bit stingy for supplies in the room. My husband drinks black coffee and there was only one packet in the room. The coffee in the lobby was the worst he had ever had so we made trips to the nearby Starbucks. The breakfast food was unappetizing and we found food elsewhere. The iron in our room wasn't working but they were quick to bring a new one. The beds were fairly hard and uncomfortable. For the overall price I expected a bit more. The parking was nice and we didn't have trouble finding a spot. Check out was easy. I was emailed a copy of the bill to find out we were charged every day for premium wifi. Took a couple calls to figure out what that even was, they said they will refund the charges within 10 days. Overall, it is a fine place to stay but not sure we will return anytime soon.

Clean and relatively comfortable. The only complaint i really have is the breakfast. I asked the evening shift if i should go early because things run out and was told it's constantly restocked. However when i arrived at 945am there was barely anything left. I saw two guests with their family look and leave and someone else complain. I did manage to grab a little something but it was kinda gross and i only ate it because i was hungry.
