Stayed in Bay 1, it had everything I wanted. The entertainment system it was equipped with really made my vacation. Its "party ready". Can easily house up to 8 people for sleeping and up to 40 people for parties. Walking distance from a local market and a pizza place, however a rental car is recommended. The nearest restaurant that I HIGHLY recommend is the Vista Hermosa about a 2 minute drive away. Its also located right on Playa Hermosa. The bad conditions on the condo were #1 The washing machine was not hooked up, #2 The sofa in the living room needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced, #3 Its about a 15 minute ride from Jaco Beach. If you dont know Spanish, learn some before you come. The condo staff does not speak English. I speak spanish so things were not difficult as it would have been if I didnt speak the languge. If you want to know more about Jaco such as the food, women, beach, souvenir shops, etc. Let me know. Next time I get this place, I will try to go with a group of people and rent for a specific occasion like a party. Other than that I will just book a hotel in Jaco.
