Great place for a great price
The house in the pines hostel is a co-living house / hostel with a very nice atmosphere and very friendly people. They have various longer-term tenants and they add to the comfortable vibe in the house. It's clear that the management and employees are putting in effort to make the house nice and organized and it's easy to feel at home at once. The rooms are slightly small to host 6 people, but you'll forgive this easily with the many common spaces available to chill. They have great internet everywhere, there's outside and inside common spaces, there's lockers and there's enough parking space. So a nice stay for a nice price and on top of that, Prescott has the friendliest people in the US!

Overall good
Overall a good experience, we would stay there again. A couple of things which I didn't see stated on hotels.com before I booked it. FYI We had the 4 bed room with bathroom. Upon arrival we were told no alcohol on the premise and the room had a sign no food or drinks. It would have been nice to know that before we booked the room.

Well my room had a strange guy who was punching the bed and fridge then proceeded to do push ups and talk to himself. It became very weird so I left in the middle of the night.
