Looks can be deceiving.
Aside from their sauna not working, there were leaks in the room. I literally woke up to a small puddle near the windows...even though they were closed. The toilet flushes weird. I still don't get it. Sometimes it flushes, other times it won't. When we went out to the reception, nobody was there and we had no idea how to get outside for the longest time. It was beautiful, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Lovely place and people
The staff here is lovely. I’d originally booked a deal with a double room from a website. When they saw I was alone they offered me the smaller room at a lower price for the nights I was planning. Breakfast was lovely and the pool, swings, colors, and plants give a great ambiance.

No cumplen con las reservaciones !
Muy decepcionante ! Habiamos reservado una habitacion superior pero llegando nos explicaron que no estaba disponible. Que la plataforma con la que trabajan no la ponia como ocupada, que no era su culpa... Al final nos hospedieron durante una noche en una cabana antes de poder ocupar la habitacion superior por las dos ultimas noches. Y como atencion al cliente, nos rembolsaron la diferencia entre las dos habitaciones, es decir 200 pesos porque estaba en promocion cuando la compramos. Esto se llama engañar al cliente con una oferta que al final no existe. Y no hablo del hecho que el agua del jacuzzi no se llenaba la primera noche en la habitacion superior (tuvimos que hacerlo con un cubo), que el desayuno no estaba servido “por el covid" y que las bicicletas a disposicion no se podian usar porque no estan en condiciones... Muy mala experiencia !
