Two night weekend stay.
I stayed for two nights and overall it was solid. It was quiet, clean, and a stone's throw away from Eindhoven Station. It was very close to a lot of shopping and food places as well. Only slight negatives were the duvet made me incredibly warm at night and the bed was kinda hard. I'd stay here again.

Great convenient and clean hotel for budget travel
Extreme convenient location. 30 secs walk from the station. One of the tallest building in the area, room is big with nice view of the city. Lower floors seems to be occupied by students, so it does have the vibe of college dorm. Love the ping pong table and washer/dryer facility. Housekeeping forgot to clean my room though I notified reception I was the room cleaned on specific day. Shower is a bit weak, toiletries amenities bare. I got water all over the floor from shower because if the design of the shower stall.

We had a lovely view over the city. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Only one minor negative - lighting in the bathroom wasn't great for shaving using a safety razor. Also the floor of the bathroom seemed to flood a bit whilst showering. We didn't have breakfast as the only offering was a buffet, which is too big for us. We did have lunch later on and enjoyed that. The hotel has coin pay clothes washing & drying with a smartphone app to monitor progress remotely.

Great location and nice hotel
The hotel was very convenient. It's right next to the train station and you can find great shopping places and restaurants. Also the hotel restaurant has a decent menu. Breakfast was satisfactory, though it was more or less the same all 5 days. The room and bathroom were very small and felt a little congested. the wall shelf was covered with dust. Nevertheless, there was a daily service of housekeeping, which we appreciated. There's a nice gym and a breakout area that includes DIY laundry too. Was a nice experience.

Solo stay for business in early May
I stayed at the Student Hotel for 5 days in early May. The hotel was everything I wanted it to be as I was in Eindhoven for work. The location is excellent and right outside of the train station. Also you are a few minutes walk from everything in the city center (shops, restaurants, etc). The hotel facilities were nice and I liked that they had open ironing board and the gym was especially nice and even had a barbell which was amazing. Server from the front desk was excellent and the staff was helpful with any questions.
