Good Room, Bad Customer Service
The location and property were amazing but the communication with the Stay Alfred people was a joke I would call and call and when then call back the would say they need to check with a supervisor and then never call back. The location and room is gorgeous but that's the end of the positives.

Bad customer servic!
Room was very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately the air conditioner was not working properly so we had to sleep with the windows open for comfort. No wash cloths were in the room which was a pain, we had to buy some for our trip. Customer service is awful! I booked this room for one price but the hotel took out double the amount. I have called serval times and wasn’t able to talk to anyone. Also, on the day of check out, we left before 11, but got a text from the property stating they had been notified from the property that we were still in the unit and were going to be charged additional fees for overstay. Won’t stay here again.

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need. The excercise room was also clean and well maintained. We could only get the TV to work for the weather channel. There was also a rumble like thunder in the building every 10 min.

Huge plus that you get a parking pass! Most of their sites do not include parking in the price. Per usual, i was very pleased with the concept. They really need to change the carpet though; it's older than me.
