Nice stay in the town of tulum
Elements is a great new property in the town of Tulum. The location is good and easily accessible to the beach area and all of downtown. It was a very pleasant weekend. Only drawback was construction of a new building just behind. From our balcony and the rooftop patio at breakfast it was noisy with construction and people working.

Nice Hotel, Bad Location
The service was fine and the hotel was very clean and new. HOWEVER, the area of town where it's located is very hard on the eyes. Across the street is a whole block of dilapidated lots. Walking to the main street of town from the hotel made us nervous because of how many shanty homes had been set up in even more run down properties and vacant city lots. This is typical of the city limits of Tulum (away from the beach area). I would not recommend staying in this area, but would instead stay where the resorts are located, a few miles away.

Hotel was beautiful. Room generously sized and comfortable. Service was beyond excellent. Everyone was super helpful and remembered me from day one onward. There was some construction going on next door starting at seven in the morning. The beach part of Tulum was about 20 minutes by bike away.

Beautiful and Modern Hotel
Elements Hotel is a newly built hotel with 18 total units. Very clean and staff are super nice. Daily Free Breakfast until 11:30am with the best fresh orange juice. Hotel is a little away from the beach (about 2 miles) but if you have a car or like to bike that shouldn't be an issue. Hotel provides free bike rentals with locks. Walking distance to a big super market. Small pool in case you want to chill before heading out to the beach.

Great Stay!
It was a lovely experience at Hotel Elements. They had great customer service, a lovely breakfast buffet, and comfortable clean rooms. The location was good if you used the bikes they provide. It is central to go to the beach or into town. I would recommend this hotel again for someone who wants a quiet spot to stay in the Town of Tulum, but if you want to be closer to the beach choose a beach hotel.
