Great location!!!
Love the place, it's a great location for walking anywhere from the River to the Quarter or the Garden District. Great rates to boot.

The staff were wonderful! Gave us great ideas for things to do in the city that were a bit off the beaten path. We had a suite which turned out to be really nice so that one person could be in the bedroom and the other could be in with the sofa if needed. Loved the record player and jazz albums they had for us to play. Location was convenient to French Quarter but not in the hub bub so was a bit quieter which was really nice.

Beautiful Hotel, Not Great Service
The renovations and aesthetic of the hotel is superb. The staff was not professional and was not attentive. Half of the time, we’d come back around 6PM and there’d be no one to be found. Our check in was delayed because rooms were not ready. The staff has no uniform or dress code, they were very sloppy looking with no name tags or any identifiable feature. I’m talking long sleeved T-shirt’s, puffer jackets inside. No one greeted you when you came and went. They left the front doors unlocked to the hotel at all hours, despite having a “scan room key card for entry” feature. No key card was needed to get on the escalator that is right across from the front door so this wasn’t very comforting at night. The pull out couch was very dirty and instead of being cleaned, the cushions were flipped over. There were condom wrappers under the bed and the thermostat didn’t work. While this review is negative so far, I will say this hotel has some pretty awesome features and with some better customer service, would be stellar. The technology in the room is awesome, again- the decor was amazing. The amenities in the room were top notch!!! I would stay here again for the price that we paid and the convenience of the area. Next time time I just won’t expect much as far as customer service goes.
