The staff is absolutely terrific -- they were far and away the highlight of the hotel. I don't think I've met a more welcoming or helpful group. Breakfast had a nice variety of choices that changed daily. The hotel has a nice location near the beach and many restaurants. Minor nits: the AC in my room was underpowered compared to other places I've stayed in SE Asia, and the wi-fi would cut out from time to time.

We only stayed one night and I wish we could have stayed longer. Staff was super friendly, room was stylish and comfy, and it's an easy walk to the beach. If you look closely at the walls and curtains, you'll find some minor wear and tear but the hotel was wonderful.

Good Hotel For A Tight Budget
Very friendly staff, basic but clean room, trustworthy. There’s some improvements they can do to cater customers better in the future: more western breakfast options (Like:bacon, sausage, and pancakes..), change air conditioning filters more often ( we do get really bad sore throats during our stay)

Contacted hotel 1 day before that we were arriving 1 day late, so changed from 2nights to 1. I didn't expect any compensation, but they kindly offered free airport pickup/dropoff so I took up the dropoff offer. Thu Diem and other staff were friendly and helpful with my questions like recommending when/where to be for the dragon bridge show. The room was small studio like but felt clean and comfortable with modern design. There's not much other than the beach around, but it was convenient to take the taxi like anywhere else in Vietnam.

We actual switched to their newer sister hotel about 900 meters from the Sofia; Sofiana My Khe Hotel & Spa. The Hotel Staff provided world class service from arrival to departure. We were extremely impressed with the Sofiana Team; from the date of booking to our departure. The front desk staff (includes the hotel porter's), spa staff, restaurant staff and pool staff all consistantly provided impressive customer friendly service. Even the housekeeping staff were responsive to our particular travel needs. We have never experienced a more robust caring, courteous and professional staff in over 27 years of traveling abroad.
