I can not rave enough about this place, location is perfect, so close to everything but so quiet! The owner and staff are amazing, food was incredible, bed was comfortable, I could go on and on. Don't keep looking for a place, book this one now!

Quite and Convient Retreat
Our stay was our first at a B & B. It will not be our last. Brian was outstanding and friendly. Our breakfast was substantial. It is located perfectly to St. Augustine's attractions, all within walking distance and in s very quiet neighborhood.

The only great thing was that the room was on the ground floor. It was on the front of the building, so we got a lot of street noise. Having to walk down through the side yard to get to the breakfast room was inconvenient due to rain. The bricks are moldy and covered in algae, making them slippery. The Keurig at the coffee station didn’t work. I ordered champagne service upon arrival because this was our honeymoon, but it wasn’t delivered until later. The room was very cramped, the bed too large for the space. The bathroom needs shelves and additional hooks for the towels. And the fancy shower tower also didn’t work, with the body nozzles just barely dripping water. The property is well located, has parking, and is quaint. It is also run down and needs cleaning and repairs. We will not stay there again as there are many other properties nearby for less money.
