Taipei City Hostel, Taipei

We stayed here last March 1 to 4,2019 and we booked a double bed with a private bathroom. The crew there was very accommodating and fluent in English. The room was clean and tidy. However, I suggest you to bring your own towel for bath since what they have is just for face towel. The bathroom has hot and cold shower, but no bidet. On the other hand, the bed is really comfy. There is also a shared kitchen with refrigerator and water dispenser. It would be better if there’s an oven though. You don’t have to worry about your food since 711 & Family Mart is just across the street. The location of the hostel is definitely accessible and just a few minutes walk to Ximen Station. Since it is located in Ximending Shopping District, buying stuffs as well as local foods is not a problem. You don’t have to go to other places just to try popular Taiwanese Foods. Famous bubble tea shops are just around the corner and if you plan to visit the Modern Toilet Resto, it’s just a few blocks away from the hostel. Overall, the place is very convenient and accessible. And I would definitely book here if I plan to visit Taiwan again. Haven’t I mention the hostel is like a Barbie House? Yes, it does. And it’s really cute!
