I loved interacting with Jared at the front desk, Rob during breakfast, and Maddie in hospitality. All of them were great and made me feel welcome. You have the BEST breakfast!!!!! I enjoyed using the gym. Loved that it was open 24 hours and had towels. My only problem had nothing to do with the hotel, it was the fact that the people who were above my room walked hard on the floor and kept me up longer than I planned.

First off, the AC controls do not let you control anything, you could not even turn the fan on… Second my Direct tv controller would not work, i got new batteries, still nothing, so no tv for me. Third, the microwave did not work. Fourth, in the morning, no hot water!!!!cold shower for me Yay!!!

The staff was and is always great! This time I was unable to to check in my room upon arriving. My key would not work and they did just experience a key card issue. Staff and I return to my room and my key worked this time. Walking into the bathroom it was used toilet and the seat was dirty. A blowout had occurred. Bathroom trash was full!! Told front desk. They corrected the situation. Like I said the staff here are amazing attitudes and smiles.
