My initial booking with hotels.com for another hotel was cancelled. Only when I got to Patong I realized this. Went online again & found this condominium. Booked it & made our way there. It was 7pm when we arrived & only security was available to receive us. After numerous attempts of trying to get hold of the owner/manager he finally allowed is in. The place was dusty the bathroom dirty. This was clearly a long stay apartment type building. We had to stop at 7 11 for toiletpaper on our way back. The next morning the manager/owner sees us & requests payment. I show her the paid confirmation from hotels.com but she goes right ahead & makes phone calls to enquire about payment. I request that the room be cleaned & the wifi be activated & she agrees. We come home in the evening & nothings been done. The next morning on out way out she once again questions me about payment & that she cannot trace it. I then email her a copy of the confirmation. She again makes a call & while on the call says everything is ok. I can go. I again ask for clean towels, wifi & a room clean. She agrees. That evening we come home to the security handing us a wifi router & clean towels. The following morning on check out, I mention All of the above & she apologises & says the security gave us both sets of keys to the place so she couldn't get in. Had she sorted everything out the first morning after our arrival, all of the above would have been sorted out. They're prepared for residents not guests.
