Mi Casa Hostal, Mendoza
Exceptional10.0
Excellent Room w/ Warm and Welcoming Hosts
This was more like a B&B with the rooms all in one large house. The atmosphere is very low key and laid back. What made the stay great was the warm and welcoming nature of the two hosts, Lorena and Jorge. They are very friendly and helpful on a variety of fronts, from helping with travel itineraries and tours to getting your laundry done to just about anything. When I was there, a guest broke her foot, and Jorge went well out of his way to provide the necessary assistance and transportation. The house is across the street from a really nice, large park where you can walk, think, relax and see local families do their thing. It is also maybe 3-4 blocks to an area with many local restaurants on Villanueva Street. All in all, I would rate this property a 10+.
