Disappointing breakfast and room size
The location is great - walking distance to miracle mile and all shops and restaurants. The rooms are very small, felt like an IKEA cruise ship cabin. "Breakfast" is continental, terrible and is charged at around $15 each. Wonderful sit down breakfasts are 4 blocks away for $18.

Rude front desk staff
Arrived at 2:30 am, which was planned. The gentleman at the desk was very welcoming. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but not for almost 15$ a person. Our short stay took a turn for the worse when we went to check out. Got my reciept and saw they charged us 30$ for parking. The sign clearly states up to 8 hours is 12$. We were checking out after being there a mere 6 hours. When I brought it up to the woman who checked us out, another woman, who seemed to be a manager, took over. Possibly the rudest person I've had to deal with recently. In the end, she adjusted the total, however I could have done without the attitude.

It was not quiet at all. The walls were so thin. We could hear babies crying and another rooms tv. The staff was not friendly at all. A smile would have been nice. The bartender was attentive and nice. I tried to purchase a $3.09 M&M bag of candy from the front and handed the lady a $5 and she said she did not have change. There was zero efforts or even offering to comp it to the room. We were told housekeeping would visit every day but they did not and we had to go down and request towels and refills for things. I will honestly not stay her again.
