Superb experience
The hotel customer service and hospitality was absolutely superb! The hotel room cleanliness was amazing! I cannot fault our stay in anyway and will definitely will be back! This is rare for most London hotels - they’re a gem of a hotel on all levels.

Great hotel, great location
The Hyatt Regency south of the river on the Albert Embankment is best located hotel in London that I’ve stayed at with wonderful views of Big Ben; Parliament and of course the Thames. Genuinely welcoming staff on Reception and a superbly appointed room. I must admit to benefiting from Hotels.com generous rewards scheme which offset some of the cost, but it was definitely a first class hotel with a short walk to the tube at Vauxhall on the Victoria line or you could admire the view and walk to Westminster.

Nice hotel, avoid the over-priced breakfast
Great location on the Thames, next to Park Plaza and under 10 mins walk to Vauxhall station. Not a cheap hotel but slept well the 1 night I was there. I would give the £26 breakfast a miss if I was paying, as it was disspointing. And the £2 supplementary charge for a boiled/fried/poached egg is an absolute joke. Save your money and eat breakfast at a wetherspoons

Terrible service
The location is beautiful, right across from the river. But the room is extremely small. When we had dinner at the hotel restaurant the service was terrible. We ordered starters to share and a main dish for a party of 3. The 2 main dishes came out fairly quickly but the third one did not come out after 15 minutes from the time the other two came out so I asked when it’s coming. The waitress said in few minutes. When it did not come out in 20 minutes I asked the manager that I have been waiting for 35 minutes since the other main dishes came out. The manager apologized and said it will be done in 15 min. Finally a wrong dish came out. I will never go back to the hotel.

Great stay
Lovely hotel, friendly staff and the room was excellent with everything you could possibly need. Given a free upgrade to a Thames view which was a lovely gesture. The roof top bar was also a great little place for a late drink
