Do you like Disco?
The hotel was great room was comfortable view fantastic staff helpful and sweet. Across the street is a disco.. loud but seems to shut off around 12 or 1. for the price for me I want a quiet evening but if you like to dance this is the place for you.

I ordered a tour package of Tikal that included a 1 night stay at the Hotel Santana. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel did not recognize my package, and made me pay again for the hotel. I tried to go through Expedia for a refund, and they said they can't get in contact with the hotel owner. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND staying here as part of a tour package.
