This hotel was perfect for our stay. We were in town for our daughters softball tournament and the location was perfect. The gal at the front desk was fantastic and very welcoming. The free breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There are food options right next door and shopping as well. The area was safe. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We chose Homewood Suites because of reputation and online reviews, and they did not disappoint! The location was convenient for our needs. Sara at the front desk was very polite, kind , and helpful. The rest of the staff was very pleasant as well. Room was clean and the pool was nice. Only gripe is the pillows were not very comfortable. May want to bring your own pillow.

Never an issue when I stay here. No matter what site I book on they know I am a member, update my points and all the good member freebies. Check in was fast and friendly. Breakfast never ran out. Beds comfortable and kitchen stocked and clean.

Notice bed bug bites on my ankles when I got home…very disappointing . Beds need to be cleaned better Also, weekends at the hotel are brutal with invasion of children running the hallways screaming and slamming doors! Above us was a kid jumping off bed til midnite!!!!!

Our stay was to visit family. I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times in the past and had great experiences but this time was different. No staff issues. They’ve always been great. The condition of the room was just ok. Bathroom fan wouldn’t shut off and the toilet ran. Plus, we could hear everyone moving about in the vicinity. Slamming doors, walking and running in halls. We were hoping for a more quiet stay.

I came to celebrate with my daughter. The 1 bedroom suite is way smaller than expected. The couch in the front area was very hard and stiff. The table near the kitchen is way smaller. I wanted to cook breakfast for my daughter but we had no pans only one stew pot. And not many utensils or dishes. The coffee is nasty and the free breakfast wasn’t very tasty. And selection was limited the basics with a second meat option todays option was chicken and you could make burritos. The pool is very small the hotel was very busy. But it was still relaxing.

Tiffiny was at the front desk when we checked in, and dealing with several concerns all at once, but she gave us and everyone her gracious attention.. what a pro ! Room was clean, quiet, if a little knicked up. We were in town for an event, so the location made for easy getting around town. I appreciate having a recycling bin in the room and in the breakfast area.

We had to move to a different room because the couch was broken and there were 5 of us. Breakfast quality was quite bad, soggy oatmeal and not very many choices. Last night we had to call the front desk 3 times as the guests next door were shouting, kids were crying at midnight and we couldn't sleep. The mattresses need to be replaced as the are worn and sloping. The shower wall had long black hair on which was from a previous guest. We also had to require additional bedding for the couch and extra towels at checking in. I expected more for the money.
