Upon check in Supervisor Traci was extremely rude and dismissive regarding the question of the difference between a service dog and an emotional support animal. Coming in from NC to GA it was a long and difficult journey and he didn’t make the stay pleasant for us. Traci needs to be trained on proper tone and conduct towards customers

Excellent hotel. We stayed here for a night on our way to FL and couldn’t be happier. The room was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had wonderful water pressure. The breakfast and coffee were tasty, the area was clean, the dining area was spacious and cozy, and the staff person was friendly and accommodating. We will be staying here again!
