The house was very conveniently located between the beach and the village. Location is the best thing about this property! On the bad side it definitely needs a better cleaning. I didn’t like the fact that I had to sweep the floors right after we just checked in as it looked like it wasn’t really vacuumed. Besides, the house needs some updates/ fresh paint and the deck needs to be fixed/updated for safety reasons. The management company responds pretty quickly and they are very helpful. The house is in a prime location close to everything you need but I wish it was cleaner and better taken care of.

The property was located a block and 1/2 from the beach so it was easy to walk there. It was spacious and well laid out. There are a lot of repairs that need to be made thoughout the unit though. We might consider renting another unit from Beachside Management in the future because they were very nice, but definitely not this unit.

The deck had dry rot. Scary to walk on it. Both my husband and I stepped on boards that cracked/broke when stepping on them. Other than that the property was fantastic. Very clean, great area and had everything we needed.

Beach and the shopping/dinning area both really close. Nightly at sunset, there is a lowering of the American Flag at Patriots Pier at beach, with taps, the pledge, and star-spangled banner in tribute to fallen troops. Very Cool.

Siesta Key Beachside.
Stayed for 4 days. First time in Siesta Key. The accommodation was well appointed, great location, close to beach and restaurants. ( walking). Parking right under, in the shade. We did discover a few issues with the place initially but I emailed the property management and everything taken care of pretty promptly. The property management was great to deal from before arriving( checked with us several times) and throughout the stay. Recommended.
