charming old city bed and breakfast
Perfect location in Rome, steps to Trevi Fontana and a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Great customer service, they make you feel welcome and are always willing to help, availabale for advise or coordinate transfers and tours. Good breakfast. Room spacious and confortable.

Great location
Last minute stop in Rome. I didn’t realize it was not a hotel with a lobby etc. it ended up working out perfect. Host was gracious and helpful. Room was not large but could handle two suitcases. Shower was good size. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Simple guest house but does the job perfectly. Great location. Steps to trevi and shopping!!!

No Wifi in the upper floors
At first it all looked perfect. Mari was very receptive with me, showing me the room and the hotel. The breakfast in simple and enough. It’s just OK, nothing special. But if you are not staying in the first floor you will not have the internet. The wifi conects in the 3rd floor but never works. Nobody solve the problem in the days i went there. It cost to me a lot of money since i had to use my Mobile conection on international roaming to work and to make the trip researchs. And when i asked for a late check out they said the room was not available. But then i asked if i could pay for a few more hours, than the room was available for EUR$ 60,00 extra fee, interesting isn’t it?

Worst Hotel ever
first the good: close to Trevi Fountain and other attractions. Room(s) spacious and clean; bad parts: NO Elevator. This should be listed at the top of the amenities, not way at the bottom of page, where you have to 'click' to get the fine print details!!First coudn't find the place, walked by 2x. Woman from Restaurant next door, finally came out and confirmed this was our Hotel. Our rm on 2nd floor. Bed in middle of room, bath/toilet behind headboard, sink in BR. we were told we could stay in this room only for this night, tomorrow up onto 3rd floor. We objected strongly.Had all day tour next day; left note, pleading not to be moved up higher, I have heart condition. Made no difference. We were moved any way. They have no "front desk" no help arranging for a taxi. Were told to go to Taxi stand 4 blocks away at 5 a.m. in the morning. My Husband and I had to move our 2 suitcases down from 3rd floor our selves, no help available. She offered to have us put our luggage the night before in hallway downstairs; we could not risk losing them, so declined. I would NEVER recommend this hotel, we paid $650.00 for 4 nights, so not exactly a bargain!

Location Location Location
Wonderful location, can't beat it.....very clean.....very nice only complaint is NO ELEVATOR and we were on the 6th floor for our first stay and the 7 floor for the end of our trip (all pre-booked).....walking up all those stairs after a long day of siteseeing was exhausting, and getting your luggage down was a pain. Luckily there was someone there to help us get our luggage up when we arrived. Others then the stairs, it's a great location and you'll save time going to the gym with those stairs! And the rooms are VERY SMALL but comfortable
