Just Like Home
We stayed at Eco Hotel two weeks ago to visit family in Guadalajara. We arrived in the middle of the night and I called a few days before to make sure they would not release my room to someone else. The young lady I spoke to over the phone was accommodating and directed me to the right person who made a note of our late arrival. When we arrived, Ana helped us check in and explained everything clearly, with humor and patience. It was a great start to our trip...all while feeling exhausted from a long flight and from carrying baggage for two young children. She made us feel like we were at home. Everyone at the Eco was amazing: the women in the kitchen, the valet parking attendants, the receptionists, and those who cleaned our bedrooms. I'd stay here again.

Standard hotel unwilling to transport me a taxi depsite I had mentioned i was intitled according to the vip/perks, and was with an infant and children arriving at 2am. They cared less. I ended up paying $40.00 out of pocket for a ride.
