Great property--we stayed at another hotel in Dublin on the same trip that was 4 starts/significantly more expensive and it wasn't nearly as nice. This hotel was updated throughout, incredibly clean, and the staff were professional and friendly. Couldn't recommend more!

Staff was friendly but we had to wait a couple times due to no staff at the front desk. We were told we could get the discount on parking at the front desk (by a front desk agent when we checked in) but when we brought the parking validation to the front desk they told us we had to go do it at their sister property across the street... a bit confusing and inconvenient.

I broke my leg while out in Dublin (I’m clumsy and fell off a curb) . When my husband and I arrived at the hotel, one of the gentleman from the restaurant called us an ambulance and got me a chair and made me comfortable in the lobby while we waited. The front desk lad was very sweet checking on me and getting me ice. They helped my husband find the hospital and validated our parking so he could get our rental car out of the parking garage to take me to a hospital (the ambulance took over an hour before we cancelled it and drove ourselves). The front desk lad even helped my husband and I to the car when we left for the hospital. They arranged a late check out for us since I was no longer able to help pack up and load our baggage. We were taken care of and would definitely return to Hotel 7 on our next trip to Dublin!

I thought the decor was tasteful but understated in a way that was soothing. I also liked design the lobby and bar area, not overdone but polished, with nice details. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. I arrived at dawn and was able to get an early check in without much of a wait.
