Nice property. Issue: Web site shows office open till 10pm. It closes at 8pm. They did answer phone # posted, but not clear "how" to get room keys. Need instructions regarding "lock box" and a "map" of location of room. Very difficult to find parking spot/room in complete darkness as it is a "drive" from main office!

Check out at 10 am is ridiculous. Killed 10 spiders including one in the bed sheets. Old lady at the counter is not helpful at all. Extra housekeeping items should be accessible at the counter especially if housekeeping at lunch.
