Flora by Crossroads Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

The hotel has hospitable staff, hence the saving grace is its good service. The room is comfortable but it's noisy. Every little sound from the other rooms is audible, hence, if you are a light sleeper, this can certainly disrupt your rest. The parking is limited as the space is limited to its crowded and 'shady' basement. The road to the parking area is spooky, to say the least, since it is dark and very difficult to spot (there is a no entry sign).

Great new boutique hotel with nice accommodations. It's still under some minor construction and probably opened a little early - only open for 3 months. The room was clean, shower was nice, and it came with a mini fridge and nice window view. The only complaint is that the view advertised is not of the Petronas towers but the other side of the city. Not a bad view though.

The hotel is new and staff is friendly and very helpful. There is no airport transfer, but I took Grab to everywhere! Very cheap and easy. No food at the hotel, so please eat before arriving for night. WiFi is excellent!

We had to ask them to clean the room and to get nee towels.

Overall i cannot fault this hotel. I arrived at 2am after a long travel and was greeted with a big smile and a polite manner. The service was excellent and they were always on hand to help with any questions I had. The facilities were good and had complimentary water on arrival with a clean bed and shower room. What attracted me was the outside of the hotel with the greenery growing up the wall, was so nice to see in real life. A 10minute walk to petronas towers and pretty much opposite the green Eco Park, was ideal location. I had a room facing the city and the only downside (not fault of the hotel) was the stream running behind it wasn't too attractive but above that was the city of KL which was cool.
