The hotel is new . nicely decorated . breakfast is nice , junior suite was spacious with nice view of Amman . restaurant waiters should focus more on serving the tables rather than chatting with high voice . reception staff please don't repeat the bill details of the client with a loud voice , in front of others , standing at the place .

The House Boutique Suites - Phenomenal.
The House Boutique Suites is not only the best hotel I enjoyed during our trip in Jordan - it may be the best accommodations I have stayed in, ever. Yes, the grounds were absolutely lovely, the breakfast and Lebanese restaurant delicious, and the rooms luxurious and clean. All of that cannot be left unsaid. However, the staff at this establishment went above and beyond in every way possible during our visit. Our last night in Amman we had a confusion with some medical tests and being prepared for our flight - the staff went out of their way to make phone calls for us, translate for us, and even travel around Amman, helping us take care of our issue. I cannot state enough how welcome they made us feel, and we left Jordan bathing in true Arabic hospitality. If you are searching for a great stay in Amman, search no further. The House Boutique Suites will become your Jordanian home, for whatever period of time you are able to enjoy it.

This hotel was fantastic. We were immediately checked in by a warm and friendly host and the process was quick. The room was top notch. Very clean. Nice modern decor. We had a full kitchen with refrigerator and ice box which came in handy. The view was great and the hotel is centrally located near Rainbow street and is walkable to the Citadel and Roman Ampitheater. The food was very good as was the massage we received. I cannot say enough good things about the staff as well. They accomodated our late checkout due to our late flight with ease. I have to recognize Sadam, our housekeeper. He was very attentive to our needs and did an extraordinary job. They were amazing! Always accommodating and friendly. Loved this place!

The property was magnificent very clean very spacious really was a comfortable stay. The only complaint we had was with the breakfast staff but considering the rest of the package its not worth dwelling on. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable and to get you what you need.
