Our beachfront villa was amazing! Very clean and constantly stocked with all we needed! Our butler Miquel was friendly and so helpful! Aleithia booked us a perfect snorkeling tour! Enjoyed parasailing right on the beach in front of our villa! The grounds were so beautiful and well kept! The restaurants were delicious! Staff was friendly and helpful at every turn! Hot rock massage was so relaxing! We enjoyed all aspects of this resort and will return soon!

We stayed in one of the ocean front villas with its own private terrace and plunge pool. It did not disappoint and the reality was as exact as the resort advertised. Waking up to the views and sound of the ocean was just beautiful. Our villa was clean and spacious. Our butler, Miguel, went above and beyond with his customer service. We like that he was prompt and delivered beyond our expectations. The staff was friendly and we were impressed with how they kept with the upkeep of the resort. We noticed that resort was maintained clean and sanitized all the time. Shout out to the staff who made our stay wonderful: Edgar from the cafe, who works the night shifts, was a friendly face and always smiling. We love getting ice cream and coffee from him. Juventino at the lounge, Enrique at Koi, and Jose at El Mirador, we’re all wonderful servers. The staff at the spa were also nice and gave us such good massages, we went back for a second time! Only downside from our stay was both the minibar fridge and phone were broken on the first day but we had to wait until the next day because the repair men left for the day. Miguel tried his best to get our phone fixed. We even asked reception twice but it never got repaired or replaced. The good thing is that we used the App for room service and they were prompt with delivering our breakfast. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet and relaxing stay, I recommend this place. I highly suggest staying in one of the villas.

My wife and I enjoyed the Villas very much. First they were right on the beach and much quieter. It was very romantic and the plunge pool is also great. The food was ok I actually enjoyed the buffet restaurant the most because of the choices although most of the food was not overly seasoned. I would imagine because they have to cater to the masses. The only downside to our stay was our butler. She had the best intensions but fell way short, we asked for some specific items and it was as if she we say yea I can do it and would forget. I had asked for a massage to be booked but had to ask several times how the appointment was going. She finally made the appt and when I asked how to get to the spa, she asked if she could take me and we agreed for her to come by to pick me up at 3:45pm for a 4pm appt. Needless to say 3:45pm came and no butler, I had to find out how to get there myself. I had reached a point of getting tired of having to remind her what was important. Finally, after having trouble finding the location, I texted asking for help and it was as if she forgot to come get me. I found it on my own with no apologies at all from her. Very disappointing when you pay for the resort to have to do things on your own. Could have been isolated but overall, liked the resort.

The Villas at Cancun by Grand Park Royal are absolutely incredible. Breathtaking views of the water. An amazing room that was very modern and clean. The restaurants are great and the adult pool was fantastic with the swim-up bar. We opted for the butler service - and our butler Alejandro went above and beyond to make our trip incredible. He set up a romantic dinner on the beach...made us reservations at all the restaurants - and did everything we asked for with absolute kindness and sincerity. There is NO place else to stay in Cancun. Stay at the Villas - and request Alejandro. Not only is he a great member of the staff - he is an incredible human being.
