    The room had nothing in it. We had to ask for towels, soap, hairdryer, ... and the phone doesn’t work.

    The Room was not ready at check-in so we went to my sons AAU Tournament and returned to the hotel 4 hours later. The extremely disorganized desk clerks still did not have a room for us. One of the clerks ran upstairs to check on a room, returned and gave us a room #. While waiting for him to return the other clerk asked for me to swipe my CC and when I did it didn’t take, she asked for it and proceeded to swipe it three times. At this point I was very frustrated and demanded my CC back and a room. They gave me a key and room # only to find upon arriving at the room that it was occupied. Back to the desk we went and were finally given apparently the last room they had which was a suite. Great....... right, no. It was either a smoking room or someone had a big party in their because it stunk of smoke. Absolutely the worst experience I ever encountered and I stay in hotels frequently. I will not stay in that particular hotel again.

    Check in didn’t go as planned. We got there at 3:30 and our room wasn’t ready. So we left and came back 45 minutes later and waited another 10 mins for them to find out if the room was ready from house keeping. Once we got our room it was clean and nice.

    When we arrived the power was out. Though I know this is not the fault of the hotel or staff it was still an inconvenience. I had to shower in the dark. My shower consisted of cold water only. Hot water was not working. At my own fault I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste. The hotel did not have any to supply. Most hotels have cosmetics etc on hand for those guests who forgotten them
