Amazing place, in the heart of Lucerne. The room is perfect to be with family, I strongly recommend this place, enormous, with a great kitchen. The only point there isn't a lift to access the room.

The apartment was great. A large size with all the amenities, we only stayed 3 nights but would have been perfect to stay for several weeks. The location in the Altstadt is close to everything and it is easily walkable from the train station. Very reasonably priced. By far the best place we stayed at in Europe. We did not have breakfast in the restaurant as the kitchen was fully equipped for us to provide all our meals for ourselves. The supermarket is also just around the corner. A big bonus is the washing machine and dryer. The only negative, as with some European hotels is the absence of a lift. However the stairs are roomy and we were assisted with our luggage on arrival. Day to day the stairs are fine. If I'm ever back in Lucerne this will be the first place I would stay.

Perfect location in the middle of Old Town. So easy to walk to everything. Breakfast was delicious. This was a stop in the middle of a 2 week trip, so instead of staying at a nice hotel we decided to rent this flat so we could do laundry. There’s only one machine that serves as both washer and dryer. Plans got interrupted when we found out the machine wasn’t working. They sent someone out to fix machine the next day but that cut into our plans. We also tripped a breaker at 10;45 PM. Front desk lady who had tried to be helpful earlier in the day (but never apologetic), had an attitude with my husband and seemed annoyed. The breaker that tripped covered area of washer/dryer that was running at the time. In no way did they try to make it right and after spending $450 a night (we had 2 kids with us), you’d think they would have credited some back for all the inconvenience and headache.
