Only if you are desperate.
Small, cramped, poorly equipped. Not worth the money.

Great neighborhood
Good hotel for its price. A bit far from the main tourist areas which we actually liked. Real local feel to the neighborhood. Many restaurants nearby.

Horrible hotel
The hotel was poorly taken care of. The towels where brown as where the bedsheets. I feared using either or and actually slept over the covers fully clothed. I would never recommend this place to anyone and if I could give it no stars I most definitely would.

Great for just short time
The room was really poor, has some hols on the wall and it looks like it needs to be renovated but was clean and the staff was super friendly. Price was the reason why I chose to stay they and the location was great too.

Comfortable, Affordable, and Convenient
The Acacia hotel is a very comfortable, convenient and affordable option. We stayed three people to a room (one twin bed and one double bed) and were very comfortable. The rooms are small, but that is not unusual in Europe. The staff were very friendly and helpful and speak English well enough if you don't know French. The room was very clean except for a bit of visible mold in the top corner of the shower. There was a strong smell of stale smoke in the hallway, but it did not smell in our room. The street outside is on the loud side and there is a very popular gay bar downstairs - so with the windows open it was a bit noisy, but you couldn't hear anything with them closed. There are several metro stops, good restaurants, grocery stores, fromageries, and pharmacies close-by. I would definitely stay here again. For the price and location it was well worth it. Wifi worked great.
