O apartamento tinha apenas um aquecedor para os 2 ambientes, mas os edredons eram bem cheirosos e quentinhos e isso ajudoi bastante. O que realmente incomodou bastante foram os barulhos no predio e na rua. No predio no primeiro e segundo dias houve muito barulho nos corredores, no terceiro dia, em um dos apartamentos do prédio, ja tarde da noite resolveu fazer uma reforma, com marteladas. Contatei os proprietários pelo watsapp e prontamente resolveram com a administração do prédio. A localizacao é fantástica!!!
