The staff were all pleasant and as accommodating as much as they possibly could be! Upon arrival my and I were welcomed politely. Check-in was smooth! However, as we walked down the hallway to our room we were met with a stench of dog urine and hallway had no ventilation! I was told later the repairs were pending. It never happened during our stay! My assigned room #407 was odorous as well! The chair in the room was filthy! I had to cover it with a sheet during my stay! Once we got settled and decided to go for a swim we were told the pool was closed due to maintenance and we’re offered the courtesy of going to the SpringHill location. When we arrived to that location the pool water was murky and pool area was very unkept! Although the MOD provided me with a carpet refresher to spray the carpet in my room, the stench remained and I had to submit a request from the housekeeper to respray the room the next day! I understand the hotel is happy to accommodate patrons who are animal lovers! However, I sincerely hope adjustments are made as to where my stay and others are not unpleasant because of it! Sincerely submitted!
