Stay Alfred SoBro, Nashville

The stay was very comfortable and centrally located to the city entertainment.

The location was great and the apt was modern and clean. The check in information was not emailed to us so we had to call when we got there. An email was sent as to how to enter the building but the code to the room was missing in the email. Had to call again for that. Our sink stopper would not come up so we called service. We heard nothing back. When I inquired about it again they did not have a record. We Kruger our keys in the safe. Just before going to airport we called to see if we could stop back to get them. I was told someone would call back. No call after an hour so so called again. In the meantime we went back and got into the room as there was a staff person there. We got our keys and made our flight. The follow up on my unhappiness asked when and who and what number we called. Apparently there are older numbers that do not get logged so there was no trace of our call. They did offer a 20% off for the fiasco which was appreciated. I would return.

We could not beat the price for this location! Broadway is a short walk away and we used the scooters to get to other downtown areas like the Gulch. The place was clean and cute! Perfect for our weekend getaway!

Shower was clogged, thus incredibly slippery. No safe to lock valuables. Not a great value.

I received a text to complete my security prior to check in... I did so @ 11am shortly after receiving the notification. I received a “congratulations! You are registered.” Notification. Then I tried to check into hotel @ 430pm. It was 97 degrees outside. I checked my email... no codes or check in information. I called the customer support contact. After a total of 13 minutes... I was able to check in via the codes the emailed me.
