Best place to stay!
While the hotel wasn’t in the center of the city, it was 15 mins away by train and the train station is right across the street from the hotel. Excellent when you’re tired from doing tourist stuff all day. Also has a 24 hour bar with a great hangout lounge. The rooms are small and basic but adequate. Housekeepers did an excellent job every day. Laundromat and grocery stores just around the corner. Definitely going to stay there when I go back.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again
Extremely clean hotel. Located directly across from the underground which brings you to central London in 15 minutes for 2.40 pounds. Rooms are small but well laid out. Breakfast was fine, powdered eggs but fresh fruit salad was a bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Nice property!
The best part about this hotel is that it's directly across the street from the train station which made it super easy to get around London. Check in was a bit odd as there is no front desk, but we quickly found an employee and got settled. The main floor is a bar and restaurant - it can get very busy in the evenings. Breakfast is not free but it was a nice spread of food and drinks. The rooms are small but modern, comfortable beds, soft sheets and cold air conditioning. Each room gets only two bath towels - no hand towels or washcloths. Shower was nice. We slept good, no complaints.

Fair 4.0
the towels always felt dirty. I think there should be a safe or drawers in the room there is really no where to put things when you leave. staff was nice I was more upset that the service was sometimes just not there. a pizza took 40 minutes and was burned. no one helped us bring in our bags because it seemed like they needed more staff. food was really just microwave oven stuff. overall the expedited experience is a good concept but not what you want from a hotel experience.
