What a beautiful setting! Room hotel, surroundings all perfect. Very friendly and welcoming people and such a peaceful location. Room was absolutely spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard and with beautiful artwork.

Great place to stop near the champagne region.
We stayed for 2 nights while driving through France. The manoir has been recently refurbished and it is very welcoming and comfortable. It is in the small town of Laignes, but has a reasonable sized garden and is quite peaceful. It is pet friendly and an added bonus is an excellent local restaurant less than 5 minutes walk away. The hosts very helpfully sent us an email a few days before we arrived with details of all the local restaurants we could book. Definitely recommend a night or two here.

A lovely hotel and welcome from Amelie
A lovely hotel owned and ran by Amelie who made us feel very welcome. We were looking for a locally run hotel for a comfortable stop over for our drive from Calais to Southern France and where my wife and I and three children could all sleep in the same room. This was perfect, a lovely large airy bedroom, a beautiful building, a small village and country setting and somewhere safe to park the car. Supper was delightful with Amelie as company and breakfast was perfect, to set us on our way to the South. A great start to our hols and we will return if we are heading that way in the future. Merci Amelie, nous serons de retour!

Lovely little hotel, the host is a very nice lady and made us both feel very welcome. Our only negative was the fact we couldn’t close the curtains properly so woke up a bit earlier than we had hoped. A small point but had driven 8 hours the day before and had another long drive to go.

8/10 Very good

Spacious accommodation in grand house.
Amélie was very welcoming and helpful and we had a superb suite with verandah overlooking the extensive gardens. We were able to walk into the village for a very good dinner at L'Imprévu and a tasty breakfast was provided. The house and grounds are imptressive.
