Good location
The apartment was in an easily walkable part of town. The complex itself was nice but on closer inspection, the bathrooms weren’t as clean as a hotel for the same price would be (that’s including the $105 cleaning fee), and there was a lot of wear on the walls/carpets/ and blinds. The bed was comfortable.

Unhappy With My 2-week Stay
I had a late check-in and was told that if I had any issues checking in, I could contact Petra who is the onsite manager. I called several times and had no response. Frustrated, I called the main line and spoke to someone who did reach Petra (???) and was really helpful. I don’t understand why it was easier for her to answer calls from staff members and not customers who needed assistance, at that moment. By the second week, I had ran out of basic toiletries (shampoo/toilet paper/etc), I texted the number provided and they told me that the onsite staff would bring some the next day. No one came by. If a booking is more than one week, it would make sense to provide enough toiletries to last for that amount of time. Additionally, I inquired about recycling on the premise. I asked a total of FOUR times and no one responded with an answer. I now have a pile of recyclables in the apartment because no one can tell me where the recycling chute is. Irish, the person handling the texts apologized and told me I could also call Petra. I called, and again, NO ONE picked up. This was not a good experience from beginning to end and I would not stay here (or recommend others) to stay here in the future. There needs to be better communication among the back-office staff and the onsite staff when it comes to customers’ needs. It’s frustrating when I am told that I could contact a dedicated onsite person if I needed something, then later learn that they are completely non-responsive.

Great location, generic place
Great location for walking access to city, museum, restaurants. Sink was clogged and bathroom floor dirty on entering.Asked to have it cleaned with no response.Uncomfortable couch to sit on.

The Beast's Portland Stay
The apartment was a great place for us. My only complaint was the amount of noise in the area. Especially on trash day, no idea why they arrive at 3-4am. I may be a light sleeper than some but there were a few people outside yelling late into the night, so that was difficult for me. My friend in the living room didn't have any troubles, however. The rooftop is amazing by the way. The apartment was clean, had a pullout bed, space for working and the TV came with HBO and Netflix. Everything was nice and in walking distance to where we needed to go.

Better than a Hotel
Great location. Walking distance to many things in Portland. Easy access to street car or Nike bikes. Secure building. Nice clean rooms. Kitchen! Nice price and better value than a hotel.
