Staff are courteous and helpful. Dropped my credit card and some cash in hotel lobby. They were picked up and returned to me when I checked out next morning. Very much appreciated.

A Great Stay

Very comfortable, Western-style hotel on the east side of Chiayi. On-site restaurant providing meals as well as a breakfast buffet. Staff is very friendly, and there's enough English spoken to communicate your needs and critical information. I appreciate they are able and willing to order taxi service and can indicate whether you prefer to pay by cash or credit card. Rooms are very comfortable. Mostly local language television stations but a few English stations for movies and news. Would definitely stay here again!
