When we checked in there was no water for the first 2,5 hours, so we were not able to even use the toilet. This was not shared during the check in, at reception they don't know 1 word in English, they were not even trying to, on top of that they were rude as hell. Wifi was terrible. Breakfast was goos. Pool is nice, big parking also.

Resepsiyon saygısızlıkları
Resepsiyondaki bayan girer girmez çantalarımızı kontrol etti. Yiyecek sokmak yasak dedi. Bunu uyararak yapabilirdi. Sonrasında ödeme istedi, ödemenin hotels üzerinden yapılmış olmasına rağmen. Odaya geldiğimde buzdolabı yoktu. Bana boş odlarının olmadığını, zaten her oda d buzdolabı bulunmadığını söyledi. Çok saygısızdı. Müdürleri ile görüştüm, beyfendi otelin boş olduğunu istersek,başka oda verebileceğini söyledi. Açıkçası resepsiyondaki bir bayanın tavrı sizi geriyor ve tüm otelden soğutuyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem, resepsiyonda azar yemek istiyorum derseniz buyrun kalın.
