    Husband had delivered flowers to the hotel a minimum of 3 hours prior to us getting there. Tried to check in at 4 ish. Took them over 2 hours to get the room ready. They knew we were coming.

    Bad start

    Check in was 4:00PM, we arrived at 2:30PM. They said a room could be ready soon and said they would call me when it was ready. We decided to drive to the Biloxi coast for a look for restaurants. At 4:30 I called the hotel and asked if the room was ready, it was not, but would be ready soon. Went to the hotel and sat in the lobby with our luggage with hopes they would see us sitting there and put a rush to ready s room. 5:45 came and a room was ready. All was great after getting a room, clean, roomy and comfortable. LESSON LEARNED: Always request what soon means to the person telling you that!

    Good Food awesome Room Great Casino

    everything was great but check in the front desk needs more training had to wait 1hr 30 mins they told us they would call us when room was ready never did i had to ask why everyone was getting a room but us, then we got a room. everything else was awesome I love the Scarlett Pearl, I will say when we got a room it was awesome, but not from the one who said she would call

    The hotel looks new and clean. Rooms and bathroom are large and comfortable. Bed was comfortable except for the pillows which were kind of hard. Casino was modern and the under the Oaks restaurant was nicely casual with average prices.

    This property gets TWO thumbs up from me! Everything was exceptional from the speedy and efficient check-in service, to playing on the game floor. We had dinner at “Scarlets” and Max was great!! He was eager to please and despite having a bar full of people, his service was TOP NOTCH! :) can’t wait to come back.
