It's very convenient location for Kansai International Airport. All trains on Nankai line stops at Kishiwada station, and you can get to the airport in a half hour. The hotel is 5 min walk from the station.
The hotel appearance tells that it used to be an adult only hotel, but the inside is really a typical old Japanese "business hotel". The room was small and very modest and simple.
Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The staff at the front desk is very professional. I had Japanese style breakfast set, and it was good.
Some caveat, the hotel is not "non-smoking" and the room had very strong cigarette smell. I don't recommend for people hate the smell or trying to quit smoking. Doors of the rooms are small, and even too low for some Japanese men. The facility is showing age. You'd feel like you had a time travel to Showa era. Also, Nankai train line is not a part of JR system, it's an own small train system starts from Nankai Namba station in Osaka city, which is a bit far away from JR Namba station.
Overall, it's a very good value for the quick airport access, and I was impressed by the staff.
