Close to Times Square and Broadway
This hotel is close to everything! Times Square , Broadway, and lots of great restaurants! There was plenty of space in my room. Would stay there again!

The hotel is located very well for seeing NY. There was a $50 early check-in fee if you want the room before 4 pm. There is a $37/day resort fee but there are no extra resort services.

The staffs are great but felt rip off by the porter when he offered a vehicle to the airport instead of taxi. He told me a price already higher than the taxi that took me from the airport to the hotel and told me tips and services fee included. I was willing to give him few dollars extra but the driver insisted I tip him when we arrived at the airport. Hope to warn other to be aware.

Convenient location. Old Hotel. Might be dirty.
We had an over all satisfaction due to the location and how easy was for us to move around town. But the hotel pics misdirected us from the truth. The hotel has a new very good looking lobby. For the price we thought we have landed a great deal. We got our first room and it was filthy and then it was more a rip off rather than a good deal. The room was terrible and dirty. Bathroom had hairs of someone all around faucet dripping, paper walls falling and old. Bed uncomfortable old and the bedsheets wrinkled and low quality (cheap motel style) in the ice bucket previous occupants left the packaging of two disposable contact lenses and no one cleaned it. Lamps were non functional or broken. Draped old and dirty (already yellow). Noisy we could hear the whole street and also our view was an amazing dirty flooded rooftop of the neighbor building. Exactly the kind of place you never want to stay for a romantic get away. Just disgusting. I went downstairs and complain. The lady name "Star" who was in charge ask me to come with me so I could prove it. (Rolling my eyes up, like wow) so we did. She agreed with me it was bad and filthy but she first wanted to sent someone to fix things until I refuse and the packaging of the lenses end up making her to move us. Second room was still old but nice. Bigger. Cleaner. (Bedsheets had stains still ugh) but whatever. At least we got a view and I was tired. This hotel should cost less than 100 a night. Seriously.
