Amazing hotel, thanks for everything :)
I stayed here for 9 nights this month and the hotel couldn't have treated me better! I did have email a few times before where David responded back to me super quick and answered all my questions. Excellent service, give him a raise!! Our room was on the 10th floor and didn't have a view of much, but that didn't really matter as we were out and about most of the time. The view from the rooftop and also the breakfast/restaurant area was sufficient for photos - i've attached one of mine at sunset! Room was great, it came with a large TV, walk in shower, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc etc, more than we could have used, but great to have it available. Very, very close to PATH and it only takes 4 mins to get to World Trade Centre. Staying here n NJ didn't really add extra travel to our trip, and the savings we had by staying here and not in NYC made it even better. Shout out to Monique who always tried to get the lifts at the lobby for guests coming back in, we never had to wait long with her around and really appreciated it! If we came back to NY/NJ we would definitely stay here again!

Visited Rooftop bar. Two orders of truffle fries and an order of sliders took over an hour. Several patrons were served foos before us though they arrived after we were seated and placed order. Manager had very bad attitude when notified.
