Great modern hotel Exceptional staff If I recall correctly on the 10th floor, I was served by Yai - who was so very nice and friendly that my kids really admired his looking after us all. Will go back. The corner room is recommended as I had two windows offering the ocean view. Breakfast spread could be improved (my only suggestion) - made more International The staff at the main door was extremely helpful in arranging taxis and recommending things to do. Prem one of the staff was always willing to help

Good hotel, no balcony and a little far from city center. Breakfast is just ok.

Our stay at the Brighton Grand Hotel was terrific. From check in to departure, they couldn't do enough for us. There is a free shuttle into town on the hour and they will pick you up again if you request it. Also a free shuttle down to the beach. There is also a "golf cart" lift from the front door to the main street. If you use the local taxis the cost for 2 people from the town to the hotel, or visa versa, is only a 20 baht I am gluten intolerant so when we went for breakfast I asked if they had gluten free bread. They didn't understand so, out came the senior waiters mobile phone, i typed in "gluten free", he read the result, and from then on every morning i was brought a plate with gluten free bread, gluten free cakes, etc,etc. all cooked by the chef. They even cooked us a special gluten free Thai breakfast on occasions. At one stage we had some very noisy neighbours. I went to the front desk and within half an hour we were moved to a superior room. The bell boys out front were great. You have to get your beach towels from them, and every time, they were polite, and we had a laugh and joke together. If we go back to Pattaya we will certaily stay there again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
