I was not expecting having to pay a rent fee and deposit for my towel. Which would have not be a problem as long as it was mentioned before booking.
Employees had an attitude when I asked basics about the property, giving me very short to no answers. It was like I was supposed to know the place and how things work around there.
Air conditioning was not working properly in the shared room (I complained about it and they were like... it works fine.😂😂😂) so I decided to upgrade to a private room. In this new room the top bed sheet was not changed, there were what it seemed like food stains. When I asked the lady in charge about it, she said everything was changed and clean.
