We stayed in a studio apartment for four nights. Our room was clean & nicely decorated. We loved having a kitchen. We dined in for breakfast & for some other meals to avoid spending too much on food in Nashville. We dined out at Puckett’s across the street twice. Location was convenient & food was decent. We felt safe & we’re located close to Broadway. Uber access was plentiful. We ubered 4 times. My only complaint was that upon check in, our room wasn’t ready. That’s okay because we were there before 3 pm, the stated check-in time. Staff took our number & said they would call when it was ready. We never received a call. This also happened at the pool. We were placed on a waiting list to use the pool. Staff said they’d call us & never did. We waited 2 hours & finally went up to check in the status & they said they had plenty of room for us. They forgot to call us. The pool area is very nice & well maintained & monitored. You can bring drinks up if you’d like. Also know that there is a coffee machine located on floor 7. They offer one Starbucks Coffee, Tea or Hot Cocoa per person per day. So good!! There wasn’t an Alexa in our rental as stated in the room guide book. It also stated there would be enough coffee for a few days. We received two coffee bags. We bought our own for the coffee pot. We also loved having the washer & dryer.

Stay Alfred @ 505
Neighborhood, building, room and staff were all fantastic. Check in and out were even quicker and easier than most hotels. Building is beautiful and the apartment was large, extremely clean and very nice. Couldn't get the tv to work but didn't really care or try too hard. One thing to be aware of and something either hotels.com or this property needs to rectify is the price shown per night. Before booking, and in the confirmation email it clearly says "Total price you will be charged by the hotel: (in my case, for one night) $214.10." This is not true for this property, as you are also charged a cleaning fee so in my case the "total charged" by the hotel was actually $329.35. I will admit i think the room/ building/location are worth that much, and after looking over the booking screen again after I'd been charged it is mentioned in small print AFTER the "Total you will be charged by the hotel" line. Not sure if the fee is the same for multiple nights as i only stayed one. Too sum it up property was incredible and i would definitely stay again but they should just be transparent and put actual total on the "total you will be charged" line.

Exceptional 10.0
Absolutely AMAZING!!!
You pull up front and Valet helps with your car and is very knowledgable if you have questions. You go in the canopy door to the check in desk. We were greeted with smiles, answered questions on pool, she gave great directions on using doors and the elevator. We made it up to our apartment on the 15th floor...WOW!!! What an amazing apartment, view, beautiful appliances, ample lighting with dimmer and remote ceiling fan controls. HUGE walk in closets and most comfortable bed ever! There were plenty of towels and toiletries but if you needed more, a simple call down to the desk and they will bring whatever you need! There were plenty of kitchen supplies, coffee and tea, and ice cubes too!! (Since my pepsi wasn't cold anymore, I really appreciated the ice being full!). The pool area was Beautiful and CLEAN!!! Plenty of seating and being on the roof of the 6th floor, it was peaceful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and enjoy their stay in downtown. You can walk to literally anywhere... clubs, ball field, convention center... and you can even ask any of the staff for directions or recommendations. This place is absolutley amazing and so clean!!

This unique apartment hotel is very new and has great rooms. On the corner of Church and 5th so you’re in walking distance of everything! Our room was a King Efficiency and had a full kitchen, complete with dishes. There was a small dining area, a nice size living area and a separate bedroom with a super balcony where you can enjoy coffee or an evening glass of wine. Now here’s what wasn’t so great. First of all there is a $45 a night valet fee to park your car, unfortunately that seems to be the going rate for most hotels in this area! The most disturbing was the $100 “hotel fee”. Presumably this covers housekeeping, linens and maintenance fees. However, we stayed one night, so the great Expedia rate I thought I had was overshadowed by the hotel fee! I understand the fee, but $100 for one night is ludicrous ! The fee, which in my opinion should be included in the advertised rate, should be prorated based on the length of stay. Bottom line, excellent property and concept, but at a total of $247 ($349 with taxes and valet) it was a very expensive day trip on a weekend were there were no concerts or games that would inflate room rates!

Fair 4.0
The unit was comfortable, clean and well decorated. Location was perfect. The pool rules were ridiculous! And the pool attendants were very rude. There were at most 6 residents at the pool on any given day that we were there, and yet only a handful of guests were allowed into pool area at a time. They even split up families and turned 1 father away from his family for several hours til someone left and freed up a spot for him. More than half the chairs at the pool were empty but guests are not allowed to sit in them because they are reserved for residents (who were probably at work). Guests are only permitted to sit in chairs with black fabric sashes which is maybe a 1/4 of the chairs. There were 5 cabanas but guests were only allowed in 1 even though the other 4 were empty the entire time we were there. While giving my daughter the rules to the pool before entering, they commented that they hoped she wasn't wearing a thong bathing suit. She was embarrassed that they could even ask her such a question. It is a shame that such a beautiful property could treat paying guests this way. We would not stay at these resorts ever again.
